Big Thank you- "Irish Evening" in Pepingen.
Twice a year the cultural council of Pepingen organises a European information evening in their village. Last October they held their evening on the culture of Ireland. The entire benefit of the evening goes to a social initiative in Ireland and Children in Hospital Ireland were delighted to hear they were the chosen charity.
The evening was a success and people enjoyed typical Irish food and drinks along with embracing everything Irish, from Irish music, Irish dancing, tales from Ireland, a movie about the beauty of the Irish landscapes, traditions, and the imposing cultural heritage that we have.
Also a power point presentation highlighted CHI’s work which supports making hospital a happier place for children.
Children in Hospital Ireland would like to express a big thank you to all of those who were involved in this great evening and who helped to support Children in Hospital Irelands work.
Pepingen is one of the smallest rural villages of Flanders situated on 25 kilometres in the south west of Brussels.
