Support Groups

You are not alone - support groups for parents and children

It can be difficult for children and their families to deal with an illness or condition, even if the problem is a short term one. However there are many organisations and groups which have been set up, usually by parents, to provided support, help and advice for families. There is truth in the saying - "a problem shared is a problem halved"

Below is a list of organisations where parents can get information on all aspects of their child's condition or illness. Clicking on the links will bring you directly to the various websites and from there you can contact

the organisation directly.

If you cannot find a group to help with your particular situation, please contact CHI LINK to Contact Us and we will try to help.

(If you are a member of a support group we have not listed, please contact us and we will put up a link immediately!)
