A huge thank you to so many individuals, companies, businesses, schools for such wonderful fundraising for Children in Hospital Ireland for the first half of 2019. All funds are used to support our existing volunteers, enable recruitment and training of additional volunteers and to help provide arts, crafts and play materials in hospitals. The work of Children in Hospital Ireland (CHI) includes policy and advocacy in relation to issues affecting children in hospital and their families. We are currently seeking a Research Intern to support us in this work. The internship will involve conducting research on the financial costs for families of having a child in hospital in Ireland.
